I did 2 lengths today. Even had my head underwater!



It was 16 degrees and bloody cold.



Felt great when I got out.

I will have to get in before I head back at the end of this month. It's warming up this week but will still be cold in the pool until end of April I guess.

I like to use my pool for 9 months of the year. One day in March, then not again until May, then the odd day at the beginning of Nov.

My farther has been here 8 days and has been in the pool everyday. 8 in the morning and about 4 in the afternoon.
