Hi, I'm in Lapta mountainside, has anyone else jut lost their Digiturk. Mine has the message that we sometimes get if their is a lot of rain or wind? One minute I'm watching it, then hey presto, it's gone.

Oh dear, it must just be mine. I was hoping fellow Lapta neighbours would all say theirs were down as well, and so make me feel better. Thanks for the replies, at least I know now I have to get someone in to fix it, rather than just sitting waiting and hoping.

Stella,

First switch it right off (no power), wait 15 seconds and back on again.. If it does not come back go to menu opts and select installation, select digiturk installation and make sure you select EutelSAT W3 as the satellite to tune in.

It should go through the motions and bring you back up...

PS of course if DigiTurk goes down it's down for everybody on the island as we all use the same satellite so it would never be Lapta specific...
