I'm the one doing the paraglide (as stated in Cyprus today) and as I do not do heights it will be a huge achievement for me.



The one thing that keeps me focused on doing it....is Ismail.

People who know me can tell you that I don't even like driving over the mountain roads!

Thank you.

Due to the difficulties here in raising money legally, I have contacted an organisation that is registered as a charity.

I will hopefully have confirmation next week that they will allow me to raise funds under their banner so that Ismail will get all that is raised.....and not the tax man!!



Linda Roy from Turkbank and my daughter who works for the MET police will be also doing the paraglide so between us we hope to raise a few pennies/pounds/lira.



As well as Turkbank, I have also had other offers to act as collection points which will be brilliant.

Lots to organise....T-shirts, posters etc.



I have been made aware that Ismail and his family are overwhelmed that people are keen to help him and I am so hoping that I can organise to have Ismail and his family there on the day.



I really hope that along with others that are also organising events, we can achieve a positive outcome for this little boy.



Will keep everyone posted.
