All land is occupied territory Nick. If someone is on it is occupied. How do you think countries were formed? It's all from war and mayhem at some point in history. North Cyprus came about from a defensive war where the Turks were forced to intervene to stop a massacre. It's probably more legitimate and morally stable than most so called countries. The worlds problems stem from false boundaries created from war and religion..throw in greed also and there you have it..also maybe political idealism. Blimey some people are naive and easy fodder for the propaganda merchants.
