Maria ....I was brought up in Southend and used to spend hours in the Kersal. Do you remember those idiots on the wall of death ???? Nutters the lot of them .!! i used to love Southend and used to go to Canvey Island on holiday every year. I must put it in my diary to go there for a nostalgic weekend. Shame i haven't still got my scooter !!! LOL

We are originally from Southend, though we have not lived there for over 22 years we still love going back.



I have travelled around the world and as soon as I tell people that I am from Essex they tell me loads of essex girl jokes, most of which are true hahahaha.

Oh lilli yes the mods and rockers week-ends too.I had all my very long blond hair cut off just for one of them,mum went crazy.well it was much better than going of out with me leathers on and back with a tattoo.. ))
