Annie ,

Welcome to the forum.Lots of people will help you out on here.Did you have any hotels in mind. There is a nice beach in Alcansak called escape beach 15 ytl per day per person.Girne is approx 20 minutes away and Guzelyurt about the same. The Pia Bella is a nice hotel with a lovely pool which is in Girne.

Hope this helps,

Paul.

Do you mean to use their facilities during the day but to stay elsewhere? Will you have transport or do you want them within walking distance.

don't think you will find too many local hotels who provide health facilities, unless you want the supposed 5 star jobs like Mercure.

however, depending on where you are in Alsancak, Santoria Village has communal pool you can use.

most of them, if you are not a resident, will charge a fee for usage, unless you eat and drink there.

Jasmine Court nearer into Girne is good for families.

Club Semina at karsiyaka big clean pool in very nice surroundings, effes 3 glass of wine4 chicken salad ( very nice it is to 6ytl).

You can even have a massage as you lay by the pool, there is also a nice shaded area if you wish to get out of the sun.

We have stayed at the Hideaway club in Edremit, ideally you will need a car as it is quite away up the hill. Has no leisure faclilities but nice pool. Quiet and realaxing, and I found the staff lovely and always helpful.

No good if you have small children though, the hotel has a policy of no children under 12.

I can recommend the Riverside in Alsancak, nice pool and facilities. It also does car hire and airport pickup.

Riverside....a long way from anywhere, also if you get a room near the cockerall you will be woken up at 6 am every day. The night time bar is old and very dated. On the plus side the family and staff are very nice.
