Kibris Insaat appear to have no work force anymore, we have been waiting over 5mths for our pool to be repaired, no positive responses yet to us chasing them to fix. Every week they say we will be there next week, next week never comes. Also on our estate we have water leaks they sent a plumber who turned up with a few bits of wire and ruber sheet, still leaking. Phoning them seems a waste of time, soon as you try to complain you get the response 'no speak english'. Spoke enough english when they were selling properties.

I think that over the last few years, John has spent as much time in Kibris's office as Hilmi, or Hahmet. The way he is being treated by Kibris Insaat is a disgrace, and if Deecyprus thinks they're one of the best on the Island, then he/she has been extremely lucky. They never were much good at communication and keeping appointments but lately they seem to have given up altogether.

We are having same probs with them. They are supposed to be coming back to rectify certain things but no joy as yet. We ahd heard the same, that they no longer had a workforce.

Kibris Insaat used to be good builders, they no longer are building god help anyone buying out at famagusta their last project, if they have no workforce apart from 'speak no English' in office who is going to sort out snagging.

Hilmi? nice chap but nothing gets done we have had mains water problems on/off for 2 years, no street lighting.

Next door neighbour went to see Hilmi again this morning, but he has gone to Turkey Ahmed saw him but says he cannot sort things without Hilmi. Get the impression that they no longer care about their clients.

We live on Kibris Gardens site lovely site but we do have problems that need resolving! Have now got 2 advocats involved now!

Minertor and Japeal, I am sorry to hear of your problems with Kibris, we have had nothing but a good service from them, I don't know if they have stopped building or not.

Don't know where Kibris gardens are and Minertor where abouts are you based?

I have only seen and heard good things about Kibris Insaat.

Didn't they build that fantastic new bowling alley near Kyrenia?

jfoggy, good question we have been expecting ours for over a year, still not ready. Apparently phone company not happy so deeds cannot be issued yet.

We have a K.I. apartment in Kyrenia, which we are very happy with. Deeds are being issued at the moment and some of our neighbours have just got theirs. Hope very much they are not going bust.

deecyprus4, Kibris Gardens are out near Tatlisu. Hilmi & Ahmet are always nice but hardly ever deliver. Promises never ever kept. The communications from Kibris Insaat are non existent. All we ask are promises when work will be commenced on faults at our home and other occupants as well as on site. Last promised they would be on site with men to fix problems, guess what no show yet again. Hopefully things may improve they now have a cousin moving onto site let us see if they let their family down as well!

I don't think they are running China Bazar, I heard they built it.

Msg 13. Highly unlikely that a phone company problem would affect you getting your deeds. I've heard it all now. Must have come from the Cypriot book of excuses for Brits. Sounds like they are stalling you, to me?.
