When you say 'problems', what sort of problems?



We had a text message from Dopi last thursday afternoon asking us to bring our box into the office to be reconfigured.

We had to leave it with them and pick it up on saturday afternoon.

Working perfectly now.

went off at half time sunday whilst watching man utd. Still nothing today.

Rang Namik yesterday and was told it would be on soon. Still waiting.

for last one and half month we send text messages to all of our customers to bring their box in for software upgrade. Seems like you either didnt receive the text message or didnt bring your box yet.

Boxes which dont have the new software will not be working until its upgraded



customers have their boxes upgraded dont have any problem at all.

We had our box upgraded and its been good since - no problems.

Mine and my neighbours boxes were upgraded by Uran on Saturday and we have no problems at all. We paid for another year (both due soon) and got 12 months plus 1 month for the recent problems added to the end of our current date. Very happy - the best system around - and hopefully the upgrade will successfully cure the old problems once and for all.
