Cute little guy, quite dark hair, in good shape and very friendly, has moved in this afternoon - does anyone know who he belongs to? We're on the seaside of Karsiyaka, near the fire watch tower.

Please respond here or call me if you can help him get home?

|If it is the one we are thinking of, he lives on the lane (the right hand one) from the coffee shop.down the side where the post boxed are. It is one of the bungalows around the speed bump, I think they are a tukish/cypriot family. We saw him heading down to the sea the day before yesterday. That is if it his him. but he is definitely Pekingese

Success! He's back at home with his family. Thanks Puppylover and Daffodils for the sleuthingQ

There's a story to it - the bitch he was following was a Siberian Husky that two young guys came around on Sunday looking for. We took their phone number in case we saw their dog, not expecting to of course

She showed up in the field below us here this afternoon, with her faithful and loving friend! The young man came and collected his Husky late this afternoon and eventually I took the Pekinese up to our friend at the internet cafe at K. square. Happy reunions for two doggie families today! Thanks everyone for your help.... nice to have a happy ending isn't it!

So pleased to hear that the Husky has been reunited with her family. We have been looking around for her for the last couple of days!

Nope, he was only following his 'true love'! He would have gone anywhere she did! It was kind of sad when the young man put her in his car, the little guy just sat on the porch looking kind of lost!

Just glad it all had a happy ending.

Thanks everyone

Now there's a thought - a Cypsiberian pekahuskie. Think they will make it to Crufts. Glad they are both back where they belong anyway. Well done everyone involved.

Lilli I agree with you, no wonder the poor little chap runs off...how can you hit a little pekinese..brit or tc owner I wonder....he is clearly not cared for very well, he can only be a tiny little thing but manages to escape ...

He is "owned" by a tc 3 doors up from us and is not locked up and often can be seen wandering about the street but the other three dogs they have are on short chains in a field across from thier house ,juat facts and I have made no comment on purpose

Little Bugg** was back this afternoon! Again! Cute as a button, but totally fed up. He Who Must be Obeyed made some loud noises and whacking sounds and he took off like a bat out of hell, straight back home!

Those poor tired little legs!

There is actually 3 on chains including the husky, a young one in a box/kennel plus the peak when he is not on a wander

i wish he would wander my way, its very sad how they keep the dogs here, saw a beautiful staffi chained up in a garden centre with hardly any room, just looking for love.

I thought the Husky came from a road near Club Simena. The young guys always come down my road looking for her and that is quite far from Karsiyaka square. Is there more than one Husky?

There must be as there is a small husky type chained up outside the house where the peak lives
