I have just seen on the BBC news that more than half a million pensioners from the UK are to have thier pensions frozen, after a court hearing. I cant find out anymore about this. Does anybody have any links or information please ( sorry omitted UK pensioners living abroad)

This doesn't concern TRNC whether you consider it part of RoC and therefore EU, or Turkey. Our pensions will not be frozen.

Correct! TRNC is considered as part of Turkey so our UK State Pensions continue to get the annual increases of same level as in UK. What is more it can be paid direct into your TRNC TL bank A/C, Geoff Famagusta City.

It's better than that, TRNC is regarded as part of the EEA, it does not get this status as part of Turkey but on its own merits as part of Cyprus.
