Does anyone know where I can find the KAR office? I have been told that it is in the back streets near Passport restaurant, but I cannot find it. Please could someone give me directions?

If you take the turning down to passport from the main road, passport is on the corner of a turning on the right hand side, take that turning, follow the road round to the left and the office is on the first floor of an apartment block on the right hand side, I think its a blue block.
