I am in the process of suing builder for faulty workmanship under our guarantee. I am advised by our solicitor to get a report written by a structural engineer first. Anyone know a good one. If Greenman reads this please send the number of the person you used. I am in the TRNC and left number in UK.

Carol is suing her builder, so this is important.

I asked Marian Stokes for a surveyor whose report could be used in court, and she gave me Mehmet Sungur.



He speaks good english and is based in Lefoksa (so he's not in the cosy Girne set)

All Carol asked for was the use of a Structural Engineer,i never mentioned we had used him for court purposes.We just had him to survey two houses

for us before we took the plunge and maybe left with nothing at the first earthquake/storms etc.

I have no idea if he writes reports for court cases,it's up to Carol to enquire.I was just being helpful in giving his details,no harm in ringing them both.
