A friend of a friend told me recently: "Last year I replaced all the windows in my house with expensive double glazing, of the energy efficient kind. Today I got a call from the contractor who installed them. He was complaining that it was a whole year since the work had been completed, but I still hadn't paid him. Hellooo? ..... Just because I'm blonde doesn't mean I'm stupid !! So I told him exactly what his pushy sales manager had told me last year ....

Hellooo? It's BEEN a year now, I reminded my caller. There was only silence at the other end of the line so I just hung up. He never called back. I bet he felt like an idiot !!

can you please advise which company this is as i would like all my windows, patio and front door replacing for free, as i dont think they will last another year.
