Hi

Any one know of any squash courts near Girne? time to start doing some fitness, and what way better than running around like a nutter with a raquet trying to hit a wee Blue ball.....whilst running in to walls and getting friction burns from the wooden floor...o what fun...

i m making this post sticky for a few days. coz i want to know if there is any in kyrenia too.

i researched this a year ago and Jasmine Court Hotel and Rocks Hotel has one, but they won't let you play if you do not sign up for an expensive monthly gym fee.

i loved playing squash when i stayed 4 years in the states!

M.E.T.U the university en route to Guzelyurt has squash courts and I recall an advert in the Cyprus Today I think asking for members to join.

As goonerstan mentioned this is not the usual time of year to be looking to play squash and if you are not fit it can kill!

There is a table tennis league and federation based in lefkosa.

put kktc table tennis federation into the google search engine.

Izzet, They will be constructing a Tennis Court site at my property Palm Bay view Bahceli. If that is of interest to you? I dont play but willing to learn...I will be changing my lifestyle when I get to Cyprus and getting fitter is on the top of the list!

Both my partner and I would be interested in playing tennis and are pretty close to Bahcelli if your interested.

Would be happy to pay contribution in cash and/or beer etc for use of courts. I used to play squash first but have found tennis easier on the body after a few injuries.
