Beko, Excellant service

Called into Beko last Thursday to buy a fridge and freezer.none in stock

Ordered them told they'd be in on Monday.

Then read a recent post on here,chap been let down 3 times by Beko.Ooops!!

Good as their word,phoned Monday am to say goods now in stock.Went down paid the money.

Told delivery Wednesday

Wed am recieved phone call,goods delivered,unpacked, installed,took all packaging away.

All by 10am.

We can back you up on this,all our white goods were delivered on time. The dishwasher did not work but an engineer was quickly sent out and found that there was no water supplied due to a blockage in the apartments water pipe. So delivered on time and good after service,what more can you want.

We had most of our white goods from Beko, going back a few years now but service then and since has been excellent. When we had granite worktops fitted in kitchen the fitter accidentally cut through our diswasher waste hose, Beko came out to repair it following day and refused to take any payment as the damage was caused by the error of a 'fellow worker'. Brings tears to my eyes still, when I think of it.

We bought a fridgefreezer, washing machine and a water cooler at 11am and it was delivered at 3pm the same day, maybe we were just lucky.

We had Beko and would always recommend them.



The service chaps are always polite, efficient and I love the fact that they put on the blue shoe covers to come into your house in the winter.

Beko service has always been same, or next day, very efficient.
