In today's Daily Mail - here's what the editor had to say about his paper's front page :

Today the Mail exposes how a clique of hard-Left militants running the union behind the BA strike has a secret agenda to take control of the Labour Party.

In a series of astonishing emails, a senior 'Unite' official - who is also on the executive of the British Communist Party - discloses the plot to use the union's financial stranglehold over Labour MPs and candidates to force a return to full-blooded Socialism.

The huge electoral appeal of New Labour lay in Tony Blair's claim that he'd shaken off the militants who brought misery to Britain in the l970s.

Today, they're returning with a vengeance.



Really scary stuff IMO. Now they've been rumbled let's hope the whole country wakes up to this potential threat to weaken the enfranchised even further.
