Hi All,

My best friend is being brought over to visit me as a surprise by her boyfriend!! He wants to spend a day/night at a nice hotel or spa. I know that a couple of the hotels in the North do have 'spa' facilities but I have never experienced them so don't know how good, bad or indifferent they are. Does anyone know or can you recommend a good spa either in the North or the South ( they are flying out of Larnaca so could stop off on the way back). Obviously I would rather they support the North but he wants it to be a real treat - so wants somewhere really nice...

Why can't all men be like that!!

If you can help - I (and my friend, no doubt) will be most appreciative!

Cheers...

Hi Spanna

We are going for a pamper day tomorrow at the Acapulco. I will let you know tom' eve' how it went.

We have been going to the Tuesday ladies swim days for a few weeks now and we just love it. The staff make the whole thing so relaxing. The spa rooms are gorgeous, the pool lovely and warm and the coffee and cakes yummy!!

I love the spa at Acapulco, as a regular visitor to Ragdale Hall, when in the UK, the Acapulco matches it for a relaxing atmosphere and the treatment rooms are lovely, as are the staff.

If he wants to spend a lot of money in the south The Anassa is superb and rated in the top 10 spas in the world.

As long as you like! From about 10.30 and we were still lounging around at 5.30!

Really was a lovely day and we decided when telling T'other half's over dinner that they couldn't have done anymore to make our day special.

Thoroughly recommended 10/10
