It's not roads, it's the drivers!

I am talking about the kind of roads that make you take an O shaped bite mark out of the seat fabric.... Surely Kibris has plenty.....

I quite enjoyed the bypass at night when at 50mph the tarmac just runs out.....

The rocky road that leads to re-unification under the wrong conditions... hopefully that road is now 'under repair' due to some ECHR common-sense prevailing.

4 fingers to Buffavento I chewed one off

Seriously the road has no edge the next stop down is Ercan or the Lefkosa bypass

I have walked the road but turned back in my car

I can't do heights with no edge to the road

Wanderer,

That is now a great road - some time before when there was no tarmac on it and in places it was only half as wide as now - then it was a pucker factor of 9!

Not there now but there was a horse shoe bend just before Tatlisu - try that one, going downhill, with a taxi overtaking a milk truck coming at you in the other direction! Oh yes, it was at night as well............ Still here but "O"

Negotiating the bit outside old Ezic going out of town in rush hour. Two lanes into one with cars stopped to turn right and cars whizzing up the inside lane. And of course the car that's turning illegally right into us from Passport direction.

I agree with message 11 - Wanderer. The 5 Fingers to Buffavento - to barrier, sheer 1000 plus foot drop, absolutely terrified for 6 km !!!!
