Well, just when you thought Patina's couldn't get any better, they have come up with the Thursday Fish night. My husband and I went last night, having previously enjoyed their Sunday Lunches and A la carte menus - and we were NOT disappointed. On the contrary. We had a choice of 3 starters, consisting of fish soup, calarmari or trio of fish combination which both of us ordered, and what a work of art and absolutely delicious. My main course of sea bass was a delight and hubby ordered "flame" of whiting, beautifully presented with an arrary of wonderful tastes. With a choice of 3 desserts to finish off the meal, at 25tl per person this is certainly excellent value for money. The chefs are marvellous and proud in their work, the staff are very friendly and attentive and with surroundings and ambience second to none, it is always a pleasure to dine here. Patina's is situated in Catalkoy just off the main road into Girne, behind the China Garden. Give it a try - it won't disappoint.

We ahve eaten several times at Patinas and always been more thanhappy with food and service. I will now look forward to the fish night when we come out next month
