NEW fitness classes starting at GAU

Starting next week at the GAU Dance/Stage school new fitness classes as follows.



Every Tuesday 4.15pm - Aerobics (low or high impact)



Every Thursday 4.15pm - Body Sculpt, followed by

5.40pm - Aerobics (low or high impact)



All classes 12TL each. All class descriptions can be found on my website http://www.k-fit.biz, or call me on 0533 847 2602



GAU has got excellent facilities, good size studios with non-slip sprung floors, changing rooms and showers, cafe area for drinks and snacks, plus plenty of parking. Mats are provided for the Body Sculpt (although you can bring your own if you have them).



Attendance needs to be good to keep the low 12TL price, so find some time to come and burn some calories, and shape-up, bikini weather is looming! They are fun classes and they DO work!

GAU is the Girne American University, it is a huge campus just off the main road through Karaoglanoglu, and soon to have great access with it's own junction off the new Kyrenia bypass. There are big signs everywhere you can't miss it.

Actually, it might be an idea to say where it is on campus, as it's a big place.



Opposite the main entrance to the University (security at the entrance) past the big car park on your right, is a turning to the right, into a one-way system, where all the sports facilities are, keep going round until you see some blue tennis courts, this is where you can park.



The Dance Academy and Stage School is directly behind the courts. Hope that helps, look forward to seeing you there. If you have any friends that might be interested please pass it on, as GAU have a minimum number requirement to keep the classes going!!

Hi sorry we could not make today's class after all! Let down by other people. Now have guests arriving so cant do next week either but would still be up for a classes after that if its still ok?

Come on ladies!!! the two studios and the facilities at the GAU are fantastic.....and Karen takes us through a great routine. Its fun and at 12TL a class, its great value for money. Come and support us please!!

Wondered where you were Amy.

The problem is that GAU have a policy of 10 people or more, or they deem the class not popular so cancel it. There will probably be a months trial so hopefully I'll still be there. (If your guests don't understand that you are looking after your health, bring them too!)



It is such a shame as the facilities are the best I've seen.
