Yes they do still have auctions at Lambousa however I have no idea when the next one is.

Surely someone could answer this question.

Sorry,

It should be in either a fortnight or three weeks time. It is uncertain because we are currently relocating the auction room. We'll confirm within a week or so.

Tell me to mind my own business if you like, but wouldn't it be better to have an auction at Easter,

while the 'tourists' are here during the Easter break at school?

So many people are enquiring about furniture etc., who live in Uk.

Np FF,

We can't have one over Easter because we're mid-way into the process of moving our Auction Rooms. We've just about emptied the new venue and are in the process of painting, installing shelving and displays and carpet and levelling the car-park.

We hope to start laying out the lots at the end of this / beginning of next week.

The auction rooms are in the Grounds of the Chateau Lambousa. From the main car-park head up to the farm (towards the mountains) along the road shaded by vines. Take a right at the aviary and you'll see a yellow-painted barn. We're there from now on.

So as not to clash with the inaugural Karsiyaka Market we are holding the auctions in two stages both on Saturday 10th April.

Start will be 12:30; we will advise types and genres and timing a soon as we've numbered the lots.

Other new items included in the auction are wash-basins and showers.

We've limited the lots to 200 so we've abandoned the staging for this time.

Rather we anticipate the auction will last about three hours in total; with a 15 minute break at half-time (estimated to be around about 14:00).

Re Msg 18:

I'm afraid we have neither of those items at this time.
