My wife was told by Sue or Chris: half April. Can't wait.

RE msg 3, No1Doyen: (...) Hans, what's half April? (...)

=> Sigh.

P.S. Please, Izzet, sack the illiterate moderator(s). They should at least understand English translated from Dutch...

Hans. It's double Dutch to me. Half April! Never heard of it. Please refrain from talking in riddles on the forum, you are confusing people. )

Thanks Hans for replying to this one.

We are planning on opening mid April. Although if the weather stays fine we may just open the bar a little before.

Looking forward to seeing you all again!

There is a bl**dy sign on the bl**dy gate, you bl**dy Thai. At the moment it reads: "Closed". When the place opens again you'll read "Open" (and so will be the gate). Even foreigners (i.e. "non-Brits") understand.

mess 10 - you were obviously never in business Dutch....

Any one with half a brain would put "Closed until xxx", and perhaps a few words about what will be happening when they re-open..

Times are tough and competition is intense.....

if they can't be arsed to let their punters know what is happening, they don't deserve to be in business....

Sue/Chris

Is there no chance you can open up for Easter, the weather is lovely now and you have been very much missed.
