Hi guys,

Anybody know if the restaurant is open on site yet, or if it's opening is imminent?

Cheers,

Martin

Hello Martin,

We had a drive around the resort last week and it looks quiet impressive. they are well underway with the last block and it should be finished soon. Did not notice the restaurant being opened.

Only down side is the dirt track road from the main gazamagusa - Karpas road to the resort.

Happy Days.

Hi Tiggy,

Yeah, that road is a bit of a bone shaker. I guess the council are down to tarmac it but when that might happen, I don't know. Going out at the end of May and I'm really looking forward to seeing the changes that have happened since I was last there. Titus was just going up at that time.

Happy days indeed.

Hi Donty,

Yes, the cafe is on the ground floor isn't it? I thought there was to be a restaurant on the first floor also.

I think they are discussing the positioning of the restaurant.

Hi Spudlov,

Not only is the restaurant open and has been for quite a while but they serve the best food. I highly recommend the carrot cake it is the best I have tasted. Wendy & Murat who run the restaurant are very warm & welcoming, you will not be disappointed!

Went to Caesar for lunch yesterday . 1 serving could have kept a family for a month , seriously huge portions , lunch served until 5pm , we went with some some friends that booked for 4pm . The food was delicious and must have been freshly cooked even at that time . Broccli & stilton soup to start { although there was a choice } Main course , huge amount of Roast Beef that melted in your month { thank god no need for liquidiser } creamed potatoes , roast potatoes , cabbage , carrots , green beans , yorkshire pudding , horseradish sauce and gravy . Dessert Apple crumble and custard although again there was a choice of { profiteroles or icecream cake }. Very nice couple who made us feel very welcome , nothing too much trouble . All in all a thoroughly enjoyable experience . I'm sure they will have no problems making a success of their business
