Just wondered if anyone has had one done recently and how much they were charged.

Thanks

We had to have a blood test done last july on our dog - sadly it was too late - and the vet charged us a total of 150TL. I'm not sure how much of that wa for the blood test and how much for actual treatment. Either way it was nowhere near enough to cover the cost of 4 days of treatment. The vet did say that blood tests for dogs are expensive so maybe the 150TL was just for that! Try giving Sibel at Petlife a call and ask her - 05338687670 she's very kind and helpful and absolutely loves animals. Hope this helps.

It depends what the blood tests are for. My dog had leıshmanıasıs and lots of problems as a result. the ınıtıal test ıs between 60 and 80tl and then my dog had blood tests to check heart, lıver and kıdneys every 3 months and I thınk they were about 120tl-140tl each tıme.

Same with blood tests for humans.

The more tests that you want doing on the blood sample, the more it costs!

More work required, so more money to pay - normal economic practice.
