Hi all, todays special dinner of the day menu. 3 courses for 20tl.To start, poached egg on a bed on rocket and sundried tomatoes, or king prawns encased in grilled red peppers. followed by Penne Turandot, Pasta with spinach, blue cheese and walnuts in a white wine and cream sauce, or chicken livers with bacon in a red wine and mushroom sauce. To end bread and butter pudding or strawberries with ice cream. Vegatarian option always available. Reservations please on 0533 8336911. xGuidos Restaurant Alsancak.

Hi Tatum, tomorrow its ceaser salad or chicken liver pate, followed by spaghetti bolengse, or chicken with lemon sauce, to finish chocolate mousse or crepe a la orange. Angel its evening time from 7pm. Purple it will still be on along with a new menu we will introduce. Ian Im counting down.x

Lilli. Sounds yummy some effort put into the preparing and cooking of your type of food, a change from what some prefer like bangers and mash, pie & peas, still everyone to there taste I say.

I don't think you can fairly compare food served in a cafe bar with food served in a restaurant cum bistro, both food and prices will be completely different.

Guido's has a great reputation, so does Back in Time, I think it's horses for courses, you wouldn't compare a meal at Macdonalds with one at the Ritz.
