yes yes and yes, they xcould employ an army of people here to monitor it,24/7 job the cruelty here x

Trouble is Lilli, it would cost millions of dollars to implement it...and governments are struggling to get a handle on their debts right now....so ideas of how to afford this system are currently being discussed....but is definitely something i feel quite passionate about that's for sure!!
