I used one about 18 months ago. 4 crowns, fitted in 5 days, 1250tl. Modern surgery and equipment.

From Lefkosia roundabout, heading West, towards Lapta, turn left at roundabout after Arcelik then immediately right. The dentist I used is on the left on the same parade as Dano's bakery, about 1/2 mile.

There is another one before this but have no info. I used this one after recommendations on this board, not all positive but most were'

it sounds like the same one i went to all purple decore, as my bridge has seen better day and i was hoping to get it refixed, but no not this guy all he was intrested in was try to sell me a new bridge at a cost of 4800 lira never even tried to if it was possable to do anything so needless to say i moved on

Personally i would not touch him with a bargepole. I had a nightmare experience. He crowned a tooth without replacing a filling. I had gone to him with toothache. I kept saying to him that I could not see how a crown would solve toothache but he just would not listen. After i had the crown I went back due to still having toothache but he would not do anything I ended up with an abscess which would not clear up In the end I had it root canal filled. I must admit that the crown was good but just not the right treatment. He also tried to persuade me to have a bridge but I refused.

The dentist you're all talking about is Nural Temelci, I had treatment in Uk for 2 years for an absess,of course they didn't go any further, it would have cost too much. (I was paying for private dentistry) I went to Nural, he tried another root canal but it again didn't work,he then took teeth out and gave me a bridge. At every point, he explained what he was going to do, and why.

I just want to say, I'm pleased with the results.

My wife can recommend Rasime Basat Keles. Rasime was recommended by Bulent Haydar, Orthodontic Surgeon, Lefkosa. He does got give recommendations lightly.... He has a very good reputation to protect.

I can highly recommend Ipek Gürpinar at Smile Care clinic which is on the same road as Passport restaurant in kyrenia, from Kyrenia turn right at Eziç and it is a few metres down on the left hand side. She has trained and worked in the UK and is a very competent dentist.

After a recommendation on this board I went to Tulga Bahadir. Very professional, nice man, speaks excellent English. I saw him at Medikent Hospital in Lefkosa where, as you expect, the equipment looked very new and the place was spotless. The consultation (inc. about 4 x-rays) was 70TL. You get this back though, off your next treatment.



He also has an office in Girne, above the creditwest bank on the main road through. His number is 0533 864 2947

Would not recommend Nural next door to Dano,s. Last year he filled a tooth, the same tooth for a friend 100tl per filling. Once a fornight the filling fell out after 5 trips and his pocket 500tl lighter he had the sense to go some where else.

I went to Nural Temelci, told him what I wanted and he did it superquick. I'd lost a crown, broken another and damaged two of my own teeth, all across the front. One week later I couldn't stop smiling. Cost £400. Slightly more than I'd paid for one in UK, and didn't wait 6 weeks.

Agree with MSG 8/9, Rasime Basat every time. I had a full dental makeover 2 years ago, she was both professional and caring. Give her a call, prices, well it depends what needs doing.

Dr Feliz Bezim in guzelyurt is a member of the council of orthodontists, she has a surgery in Guzelyurt and also in the main hospital in Lefkosa. IMO she is the best in Cyprus both North and South, speaks english and has very reasonable rates which are set by the government. So you may as well get the best treatment.
