I haven't seen any here at all, had to go over the border to get one for my Grandson. The only ones are the tiny Kinder eggs. Mind you, a small Cadburys button egg, 99p in UK was 3.72 Euro!!!!!

Pembegul Garden Center Boot Fair/ Market (on Sundays 10am - 3pm) DVD & gift stall had some last Sunday may have some left they also do Chateau Lambousa on Saturdays, Black Olive on Thursday & Carpenters on Fridays ask for ILHAN & LINDA. Dont know the price of them but dont think they are that much, they have some nice chick & bunny gift eggs. along with eggs in cups ect. Its the only timeI have seen easter eggs in the north so may be worth a look.

Hope that helps.

Orphanides or Debenhams have plenty and a good variety - of course at the greedy Greeks' prices!

Was told by staff at Tempo that they had them but they hadn't unpacked the shipment yet. So who knows how long that will take. Not sure if they know easter is this weekend

I am sure that Lemar sold them before! Have yu tried Bektas, and Onder and other supermarkets. I am afraid that I look away when I see them - too tempting, I mustn't eat them and certainly can't/won't send them to U.K.

Good luck with the hunt.

Of course if you are going south, I suggest you walk over or your eggs will cost you a horrible euro price, PLUS the cost of car insurance. Better to do what my Mum did - boil an egg and paint a face on it!

Thanks B.B but I rather suspect the air fare from here to purchase cheap eggs will well outweigh any savings on the cost of the eggs.

But of course if anyone is volunteering tohelp out the desperate North Cyprus egg buyers, it would be appreciated, but as Easter is this coming week-end there is also a problem of timing.

Best go on an egg hunt inthe supermarkets here.
