read the review and it seems very handy indeed, but the battery life is something that I think would be a problem,and would definitely want to install XP on it too.

thanks for posting this as its good to have a gander at whats on the market! hope someone else snaps it up!

Had the same concerns, and they have been addressed to a certain extent by a bios update to extend battery life.



The whole point of this computer is it's ease of use and mobility, and to that end it really is a cracker.

You will be amazed how quickly it is ready to go (forget the dinosaur of Windows, and yet is fully compatible with MS office programmes). switch on and within seconds it is ready to use.



The opening screen has 6 bold pictures to click on for INTERNET, WORK, LEARN, PLAY,SETTINGS, FAVOURITES.



It would make an ideal gift for a special birthday, a regular traveler or even another home machine to listen to BBC internet radio or surf the net on your WiFi.



The screen is one of the best I've seen for visibility in the sun.
