CYPRUS PRESIDENT - EASTER MESSAGE

Cyprus President Demetris Christofias has stressed that his vision and his goal is to find a settlement of the Cyprus problem that will reunite the country and its people.



In a message on the occasion of Easter, Christofias said that a settlement must terminate occupation and illegal settling and safeguard the human rights and the fundamental freedoms of all the people, reunite the territory, the people, the institutions and the economy in the framework of a bizonal bicommunal federal state 'that will evolve to a united Republic of Cyprus.'
