Now everything depends on who lobbies whom in the European Parliament and the subsequent number of the votes , and whether the Council of Ministers will be willing to make a political decision.

Correct,
one sure fire way for Germany to spearhead the lifting of the embargo is for Greece to demand the opposite.The feeling of the average German voter when Greece is mentioned is something akin to dire hatred. |
