Possibly looking to rent in North Cyprus mid/ late June for 2 weeks, not sure if you are so sorry if I've jumped the gun!



If so, how far are you from Nicosia or Kyrenia?

What kind of rates would you charge per week?

Hi Valarius,

We rent ours out in Augustus block. We have had some friends using it through the winter but they will leave end of May. Our lad knocked a website up for us: http://www.cyprusflat.co.uk Not really had much interest through this, but we also use one of the UK rental agencies and they generate plenty of interest.

There is a management service on site, I think, but I'm not sure about costs or effectiveness of this service.

We have bought in Caesar resort and will do holiday lets, long lets are in demand i understand when i was there in March. So if you are interested in long let they are looking. Short lets for holiday we will start this process in July and can report back.



We bought in constantine and live in London

Do you used local people or agents, how do you get your apartments cleaned on a weekly basis? or linen changed etc. Any advice would be extremely helpful

we have a friend that lives locally and she does our cleaning and linen changes etc. We advertise on a UK holiday site and we've had some bookings with it. You only need one booking to pay your annual subscription.

I'm also looking for some kind of rental management service. Does anyone know if Jack is offering this? Also how have you all gone about furnishing your apartments? I have bought in Silvanous which is due for completion end of July this year.

Caesar Resort are doing rentals. They have a full time employee called Hanna who is coordinating. I suggest you contact them direct and ask them about it, i'm sure they will be happy to assist!

Regarding furnishings we can fully recommend Ozem Ltd at Guzelyurt tel: 714 2984/5 or 0553 844 9147. Ask for Kerem. They are at Yazlik Vatan Sinemasi - we just asked for directions! They have a small outlet at Girne too. We bought a 4 seater sleeper couch with storage space underneath for 300TYL which is a fraction of the price for 2-seater sleeper couches found anywhere else. They took 2 days to make it up together with the storage beds and delivered to Caesar on time. They have various items of furniture and you can have things made to measure. They are not on the internet and we were recommended by a friend. All the other better known furniture shops seem to be on the main road in Girne - but at a price.
