I've finished a new version of the TRNC 'reservoirs map'. A couple of reservoirs are added and all roads and (mud) paths, leading to the reservoirs, are now put on the basic map.

Sweep: A couple of minutes ago I've taken the Reservoirs map (nr. 2) off line, because I noticed an error in a Turkish name (which is unacceptable in a map). I'll correct the error and try to upload the file (again .zip with case sensitive password) tomorrow morning.

Sweep and others: just a little patience please! I'm rebuilding one of my web sites and had to take most free downloadable files temporarily off line to make downloading less demanding (on my bandwidth) and easier for the users. I'll let you know on this board when I'm ready.

Sweep, other fishermen, bird watchers etc. I appreciate serious feedback on the following.

I tried but it turns out to be impossible to produce ONE map of Northern Cyprus (for the Internet) with ALL the roads/paths leading to the 30+ reservoirs.

So here's another idea. 1) A map of Northern Cyprus with all the reservoirs (ready). 2) Every reservoir will be a hot spot on the basic map (clickable). It means: when you click a reservoir you'll see a map like this one: http://www.allcrusades.com/BB_pics/Gönyeli_1_Map.jpg

My question: should such a map be more detailed? If so: which details? Only roads/paths where you can drive your car to the reservoir?

Suggestions welcome!

Please keep this thread serious.
