I'm amazed:



having always turned up their nose at various compromise proposals,

the gc's are slowly beginning to appreciate how unrealistic their stance really was

for all the huff and puff, they will get far less than the mass of claimants could have done



what sticks in their craw is turkey's guarantee but that will never lapse, obviously



still there is talk of a deal of some type which would be nice maybe,

but what progress there has been is supposed to be to do with statehood and governance

and no meeting of minds has ever ocurred on the critical property and guarantee aspects
