I bought the one on the market stall at Lambousa. He has them in regularly used it and it works great. I bought a strimmer at the same time and got a 40 tl discount.

Yorgozlu is spot on with his info.

I can't say I've seen them in Orphanides, but I have in Homebase.

Is £60 your last price, bankadan?

There was one in the last Lambousa auction. May still be there - make an offer.

The ones on the Stall at Chat. Lambousa Market are new. I have used mine and I am very happy with it. I brought my Battery Black and Decker from England which worked great, but I could not get it to charge here

I went to a Yapi Market to buy a Black and Decker one and I was told by the owner (TC) that they are not the Black and Decker we are used to and of poor quality .

I lived in the North East of England and there was a big Black & Decker factory in Spennymoor. However, this closed and all the manufacturing was transferred to China - so beware - it may be Black & Decker but where was it made?????

Msg 6/Vaughan:

I saw it, but didn't take too much notice at the time - was it a Bosch?

2nd hand electrical goods have to be cheap, as there's no warranty - none that I know of in N.Cyprus, anyway!

So, bankadan, what's your price, please?
