| Does anyone know if is possible to register two houses on one shared plot without having to do parcelisation. One person says you can register but another says it would not be a FULL Kochan until you parcelise between the 2 joint owners. |

| I do not know but logic would tell me the second option would be the better one. Then it is done "forever", not depending on what might happen in future and if either of you want to mortgage your land you can without affecting the other. I would guess the split will cost something but not too much more than the individual documents. |
