Who is the builder and what history does he have of transfering the title deeds to buyers?

The developer is Belgravia Estates Ltd. The construction company is Karpasia Construction, memebers of the construction association. You can visit their website on http://www.belgraviaestates.co.uk

They also advertise on this message board.

The directors are Gultekin Yandash, Turkish Cypriot, and English architect, Dan King. This is their first development, of which is half sold, another two are just about to be released. We are happy to put you in touch with many of the buyers from this site if necessary.
