Does anyone know of a problem with Olaytrans? My emails are being 'bounced' back and I need to contact them.

We have tried as well, but with no success for 2 weeks, cant even fax them so I have given up now

40 emails and no replies is no use to me at all, its stressfull enough trying to move without all that hastle as well.

used Olaytrans 3 weeks ago - ordered a 20 foot container, arrived on the 29th March to Lapta & is being delivered to my house on Monday - no complaints but sometimes they are a lit slow with emails - some of them do come back so I always "replied" to ones they had sent so I know the address is valid

Really sorry about this, we are using SUPERONLINE and they have internet problems.

We can use internet but because of we are using outlook express as an e-mail program

we can send but we can not receive any e-mails.



All the ''outlook express'' users can not recaive any e-mails since Monday. They promise to fix the problem a.s.a.p but nothing changed.

Spoken to Hurmus on her mobile who says please use olaytrans@googlemail.com for the time being.



I feel really sorry for the staff, who through no fault of their own are having such difficulties because of their Internet provider who has let them down rather badly.



She has assured me that 'everything is on track' regarding the container delivery etc so please be patient with them, they are doing their best under difficult circumstances. It's a shame because they have lost business through it.



Must also say a big thank you to Jo Valentine who did her best to reassure me.

we would like to say thank you very much to Hurmus and all the staff at Olaytrans,we had our furniture and effects delivered on the 5 April 10 and everything with the service was 1st class infact better than the UK packers service!

Our 40 ft container was unloaded professionally in 90 minutes no damage or complaints, you should all keep the faith and trust Olaytrans as they are an excellent company.

We used Olaytrans twice and both times they were great. My employers however used Dolphin for moving our office goods from TRNC and that was a whole different kettle of fish! The words "nightmare", "shambles" and "incompetent" leap to mind.



Glad to see Olaytrans are trying to sort the issues some of you have had with communications recently. I am sure they will come good.

Olaytrans organised a Uk packing company who wrapped and loaded the container for us, the service was first class by Olaytrans. Hurmus did us proud and the rest of the team. We didn't have a car just alot of furniture. It was aprrox 4500 for:



Collection of Personal Effects from:UK

Terminal handling at UK port

Documentation + B/L

Sea Freight

Terminal Handling Charges at Famagusta Port

Delivery Order Charges

Estimate for the place of delivery

Guidance to take duty exemption

Customs Clearance

Haulage of Effects

Off loading the Personal Effects at final delivery point:- TRNC



They have been having problems with server so that is why you haven't been able to set in touch
