| The world population has exploded to the point at which it may be construed as irresponsible to add to its number.
Should a temporary worldwide ban on people having children be bought in for say a 12 month period? |

Blooming grandchildren are far too expensive !

The trouble is, westerm populations (& Japanese) are declinning, so not enough people to pay for pensions to baby boomers.
