| I do not have a post box or a letter box. But this morning a man was sat at my door on a quad bike bipping the horn. By the time we heard him, he was leaving the street. later we found my final water bill from Northberland Water in County Durham for £8.87, it was franked and cost 59p. So it would appear that 'bills' get through ok. |

| I would have thought it would depend where you live. Some areas do not have a postal delivery service and in that case (as with us) it would be advisable to get a po box. |
