Watched the debate on television with Clegg Cameron and Brown. Mr Clegg came out tops according to the polls. He came across very well. It wasnt untill I really thought about some of his manifesto, that I realised He was encouraging emigration, into an already over populated country, He didnt say much about tackling crime on the streets, or discipline in the schools, but he did say that he would put more tax on airlines well, as though we are not taxed enough.

Cleggs Manifesto. Take all those earning £10,000 out of income tax altogether. But he doesn't know how to replace the £16billion in lost revenue. He wants to Let 58,000 criminals a year do community service instead of sentences. He wants a new very generous uk pension scheme for all citizens. But he doesn't know how to pay for it. He wants an amnesty for all illegal immigrants. He wants to allow asylum seekers as well as economic migrants to compete with 2.5 million unemployed Britons for jobs.

He wants to give up the Pound for the Euro. He wants to do away with the Trident. Britains independant nuclear deterrent. He's had his moment of glory on TV the other evening. He should move aside now and let real Politicians decide the future of the country.

My understanding is that the UK produces 2% of the world's carbon emissions and 2% of that is caused by air travel, so why the panic to tax it out of existance? I havent seen any of the parties say anything about crime, little about immigration into this overcrowded country, lack of discipline in schools or the threat of Islamic fundamentalism.

Dusterbruce, it doesn't matter how much of the worlds carbon emissions we produce - 'cos all of that is wiped out by China alone.
