Can anyone give me some advice on transport from South to North. Is it possible to get a bus from Paphos to Nicosia and then walk accross the border and then hire a car on a fully comp basis?

The taxi transfer from Paphos to Kyrenia costs around £70 one way.

Consider renting a car and driving to North.

This company allows their cars to the passed to North.

Driving directions from Larnaca will be helpful, even if you are driving from Paphos:

I don't know about public transportation - sorry!

It seems all hire companies from the border onwards the insurance is only third party for south hire cars could you advise otherwise
