| Please Could anyone telle me what bank in Girne gives the best interest rate for both ytl and sterling please , and also what sort of customer service do you get ? |

| just wondering what are the interest rates in lira being offered at moment with trnc banks are they still high?
are they safe or are there many defaults i heard government through kibtek and airline and councils are biggest borrower |

| is goverment and its other public bodies its biggest creditor or insolvent builders with doubtfull security ie lending on already sold properties i think goverment may have same of problems as as uk banks that have been semi nationalised i e a miilstone round states neck there is one thing they wiil not be able to afford 6 percent or so above turkish main bank rate any longer, will there be a bank run next week or will they impose withdrawel restrictions at l, least no bank liquidations yet ,just goverment in charge of some banks and maybe more if domino effect takes place |

| Well it goes to show what mans greed can acchieve, lets face it the high interest rates was why many came here in the first place imho.  |
