We are looking for help please on the day of the big event, SUN 16 th May. people to take collection buckets around, and persuade people to part with the cost of a round of drinks.



Also we need some sponsors or raffle prizes We already have several very generous people who have donated and also some very good raffle prizes are getting pledged.

Don't know if this would be a viable prize but am willing to offer a maths revision session for a student revising for international exam at GCSE level.

I am an experienced teacher in England with a good reputation.

What if we organized an auction for those seeking dates? (There was a thread inquiring about a dating service.) Do you think we could have success with this? Perhaps a few of the restaurants would donate a portion of the meal if the participants had their date at that establishment?

Mamachina, The Charity Concert in aid of N.A.F.I is being held at the Pia Bella on Sunday the 16th of May between 5-11pm. Details can be found on the Events Calendar here is also a separate thread running for this. Hope to see you there. As far as I am aware, the meeting on the 5th of May is for organisers followed by a meeting for the music performers. Please check with Lee for further information.
