TV help required, as I am a muppet

Hi as i am not very Technically minded I could do with some help!



I have disconnected my tv/ dvd/ digiturk box in order to change the stand, big mistake,



I cannot now connect everything back and get it to work! i have digiturk working and the tv but not the DVD player recorder, this I am sure is very easily rectified, by someone with a brain bigger than my pea sized one!!

I am sure I have verything connected up wrong, I have tried all combinations, to no avail...

Anyone have an electronically minded whiz kid who maybe able to assit me or recommend someone please.

I am located in kyrenia.

One scart from TV to digiturk box,one from digiturk box to dvd then one from dvd back to TV,this should create the 'loop'.

You may have to change the input button on the tv remote from AV1 to AV2 to see them on the screen.

why oh why did i ever think it would be easy to have a new tv stand!!!! I wonder if it is something to do with which scart scockets i am using out of the each peice of equipment!!

Any other suggestions please!!! clean ones of course..........

I'm assuming the you want to record from Digiturk ?



If so..



Scart from Digiturk 'tv scart' to 'input scaart of DVD recorder', then from 'tv scart' input of the dvd recorder to the TV scart input



If still no joy..



connect the digiturk 'tv scart' to the tv... does that work ?



if so, you know the the scart lead is good..so leave this lead connected to the TV and connect it to the 'tv scart' of the dvd recorder.. if that works - then try swapping leads to the same scarts inputs to prove the second lead is good.



Please revert and let us know how you''ve got on or ask away ;)

If nothing else works just put the old TV stand back and connect up
