If the land has planning permission does it come with plans for a building and what are the plans for (type of building). Also can you let us have URL to page on your website where we can view details

The land has building permission of 50%. This means that you can build on 50% of the land, which any completing solicitor would confirm.

There are no "architect" plans on the land, the new owner would be free to design exactly what they want on the land.
