Can anyone confirm if they are having any problems with d-smart today? I haven't got a signal and am wondering if it's just me.

Ours is ok today but now and again we do lose the signal for no apparent reason, usually rights itself the next day.

Mines been down for three days now, no point phoning their helpline as it's a speaking robot in Turkish which gives out no help whatsoever (had a Turkish friend listen to it). Lost most channels and comes up with 'This is not a viewing card' but can watch a few channels behind lots of obstructing blurb!

Thanks. I'll leave the box on standby overnight and see if this helps. If not, will try calling them tomorrow.

My d-smart was still not working today so I have been to the shop where I bought it and they came straight away to have a look. Anyway, it turns out it was to do with the connector between the cable and the dish. They changed it and voila all is now ok and they didn't charge me.

Thank you very much Hay-Pem in Alsancak for your first class service.
