My HP laptop began to run slower and slower - a message continually came up saying that it didn't have enough 'vitual memory'. That translates to not having enough RAM.



Anyway, I phoned Irfan - the computer whizzkid - within an hour he completely fixed the problem. He phoned his contact in Lefkosa, who immediately drove to Girne with the (upgrade) part. How's that for brilliant service!



My old computer is now running like the latest model!

Someone tried to sell a friend an 8 month old 'Acer' notebook yesterday - that someone was asking new price.



This friend telephoned me to say he asked Irfan for advice as to whether the purchase was a sound one.



Irfan said 'no', and gave various reasons why not.



Obviously, Irfan's 'product knowledge' is bang up to date!
