Dongle - What uses up memory the most?

Hi,

We have bought a 10gb dongle from Turkcell as we are moving house and wondered what uses the memory the most. Obviously when you download a movie but what about normal e.mails ?

You will be amazed how little you use if you are not downloading. 10 GB will almost certainly be a waste.

If you watch alot of youtube vids or download alot of pics on facebook or use web cam on msn/skype then 4gb may only last you 1-3 weeks. If you are only browsing the internet, banking, emails etc. 4gb should be enough.

To keep an eye on how many GB you are using.... From the dongle menu send a message to 1111 write DURUM. Wait 1 minute, you will receive a message back with a figure of how much you have used.

Down load 12 30 min soaps 3 1 hour programmes internet newspapers e-mail c44 per week 2 weeks and all 10 gigs gone

You can pay extra package for the plus and have unlimited downloads between 2-8 am

Anything graphically complex is going to be the most bandwidth-usage hungry... Try to avoid surfing for visual content and 10gb will last a good long time...



Consider use of a program to monitor the accumulation of usage... there are loads of free ones
