I keep losing my internet connection for about 5 mins at a time and it says 'error 118 connection timed out'. I am with Extend is anyone else having this problem?

Ours is fine but two of my neighbours are having your problem. I was on line for most of yesterday but they couldn't stay on when they were skyping.

OK unplug the POE (the small black box connected between the PC and the dish/wireless receiver) and wait for 10 seconds. Reconnect and see if that helps.

Just called extend after latest attempt to listen radio 2 - they say there is no problem?????



All of a sudden internet flying and connection OK!!

OK then, late yesterday evening problem started again. Did not switch on until later this morn but same problem.



Technician came from Extend and obviosly all working OK, then, YIPEEE, internet went off. Then came the investigation. It appears there is a problem somewhere after signal leaves our house and they are now trying to find what it is.



Spoke to a friend earlier and they though the constant interuption was just a temp glitch and had not reported problem, therefore if everyone else has taken the same view Extend were not aware of the extent of the problem, they thought it was just me.



Let us see what happens.
